Normally when I go on holiday, I like to try as much local food as possible which may mean pigging out in a rather unhealthy way. I was walking around the supermarket in Japan before dinner time the other day as I wanted to buy some fruit. Instead, I came across these persimmon which cost JPY540,000 for a box of two. I quickly did a calculation and it works out at USD4800 for the pair!!! I know health comes at a price but, probably not so expensive!!! Would you buy it?
