Wildlife - Insects in the Tettigoniidae family are generally called bush crickets (in England), katydids (in the United States), or long horned grasshoppers (mostly worn out). More than 6,400 species are known. Part of the subordinate Ensifera, Tettigoniidae was the only family in the superfamily Tettigonioidea. Especially at night in the habit, by calling squeaky mating, many katidids show mimicry and camouflage, generally with shapes and colors similar to leaves.
I found a new cricket sleeping on a flower bed on my yard. I see katidid as insects that are uncomfortable even though they do not remove flowers and leaves. I accidentally did this photo to share with you #eSteem and #Steemit wherever you are.
I'm interested because it's the first time I've seen. Katydid is very unique and funny, they have beards that are longer than their bodies and sensitive to touch.
Thank you all friends, hope you have a special idea about these katydids and are happy to see them.
