Ingredients
As required Sago
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp Rose water
A drop Food color
2 cups Cold liquid milk
As required Watermelon cubes
Directions:
1. Take a large pan with water and let it be warm. Add sago grains to the water and stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes. When sago are half done, add normal water and boil. Again when sago are almost done, add normal water and boil. When sago is properly boiled and gets transparent, turn the flame off. Drain the water and wash boiled sago with clean tap water. Drain water and keep aside.
2. Take another pan, add sugar, water, rose water & red food color and mix well. Boil down to a thick syrup. Keep it aside.
3. Now in a large bowl take sugar syrup, boiled sago, cold milk & cubed watermelon and mix everything. While serving sprinkle some dry nuts and ice cubes and serve cold.
