GURAMI FISH

Gurami is a native fish of Indonesian waters which in the estimate has been maintained since the time of the king galuh in eastern, who is now a ciamis district. The gouramy fish is especially popular as the consuming fish. Its trade is solid, the durian is big, it tastes good and tasty. Gurami almost always tersedi direstoran, to serve as a kind of cuisine, especially gouramy roasted and gamami sour sweet.
This fish is quite expensive. In its original habitat, gouramy lives in rivers, swamps and ponds, including in brackish water. However, most gurami like shallow ponds with many plants. Occasionally these fish come to the surface to breathe directly into the air.
Parent gouramy, for some time, keeps and cares for her children. The eggs are embedded in aquatic plants or placed in a nest made of plants.
The main carp gouramy is plant-eaters, but it also preys on insects, other fish, and also rotting things in the water. From the greedy nature of the plant, gurami also utilize as a weed controller in the pools. image
