It is no secret that those in power still want to rule, through their minions who want to pass on the throne of power to their families, friends and relatives (nepotism). And the same mentality also decreases in the working world. We consider it better to be a stupid boss than an intelligent subordinate, but what is the reality like that? Can it be the boss if ga clever very?
