International Women's Day(crap day)

in esteem •  7 years ago

March 8, 1910, was the day when women's rights were won. That's why we are celebrating it as women's day. Rights at that time were for working together and owning businesses, or homes. Equality with men, I do feel that's still at par in most cases.

Empowerment is when a woman can roam freely anywhere at anytime without any dear, just like a man. That part sadly, we have not yet fully achieved, not just in our country but in many parts of the world.

Okay, but still there are many areas in this world where womens are still not treated equally. They are still fighting for their need of education. I know time has changed a lot but there are many areas where we have to work hard to make womens equal to mens.
I share this just to tell everyone what I've observed so far and with my personal experience too. 😊

Yes your write up is well up to the point, I agree on that 💪.

I was just adding the facts as a footnote
