The White House accepted Wednesday it is planning for a bipartisan accumulation of House and Senate leaders, accepted as the "Gang of 8," to accept a highly-classified intelligence conference on the FBI's analysis into Russian meddling, abandoning affairs to exclude Democrats altogether.
