Mi Caluk adalah makanan khas Aceh yang sering dijumpai pada pasar tradisional dan kawasan aceh. Sebagaimana namanya Mi Caluk merupakan makanan berbahan dasar utama Mi pureh yang disajikan dengan siraman kuah kental saus cabai berbumbu kacang serta sedikit potongan sayur, irisan mentimun dan kerupuk. Setiap porsi mi caluk tidak terlalu banyak isinya, sehingga lebih tepat dijadikan makanan selingan. Demikian sederhananya makanan ini sehingga para penjual mi caluk seringkali kita temui menjajakan dagangannya dengan tempat seadanya tidak menempati bangunan khusus sebagaimana kebiasaan warung makanan dan minuman di Aceh.
