[Revised Set 2] eSteem Gamification Badge Recommendations

So yesterday, I posted my gamification badge design suggestions for eSteem by @good-karma. Based on the feedback that I have received, I have updated the badges and added 2 more badges for the set:

Now, there are 5 tiers, with the following description:

1. Lieutenant
   

   
   Awarded to users who have gained 100 followers

2. Commander
   

   
   Awarded to users who have gained 250 followers

3. Captain
   

   
   Awarded to users who have gained 500 followers

4. Commodore
   

   
   Awarded to users who have gained 1000 followers

5. Admiral
   

   
   Awarded to users who have gained 5000 followers
