Bahan:
5 paha ayam/dada ayam
1 buah jeruk nipis
1 sdt garam
2 batang serai memarkan
4 lembar daun jeruk
*2 sdm kecap manis,
*1/2 sdt merica bubuk,
*1/2 sdt gula pasir,
500 ml air
Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
10 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
2 cm jahe
2 cm lengkuas
garam secukupnya
Bumbu oles:
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm madu
Cara memasak:
1.Lumuri ayam dgn perasan air jeruk nipis dan garam,diamkan 15 menit.
2.Tumis bumbu yg dihaluskan,tambahkan daun jeruk, serai hingga harum.Masukkan ayam,aduk sampai berubah warna.Tambahkan kecap manis,merica bubuk, gula pasir ,garam secukupnya ,madu, air...aduk rata,masak hingga bumbu meresap.
3.Bakar ayam sambil dibolak balik dan sesekali diolesi bumbu olesannya hingga terasa harum.angkat dan sajikan.
