BAHAN BOLA DAGING :
300 gr Daging Sapi Giling
1/2 Buah Bawang Bombay, cincang kasar
1 SDM mentega tawar
25 gr Tepung Panko
3/4 Sdt Garam
1/4 Sdt Merica Hitam Bubuk
1/2 Sdt Pala Bubuk
1 Kuning Telur
BAHAN SAOS :
50 gr Mentega Tawar
1/2 Buah Bawang Bombay, cincang kasar
1 Sdm Tepung Terigu
400 ml Kaldu Daging Spi
75 gr Cooking Cream
1/4 Sdt Garam
1/4 Sdt Merica Bubuk
1 Batang Parsley, cincang kasar
CARA MEMBUAT :
Campur semua bahan Bola Daging menjadi satu.Lalu bentuk bulat sesuai selera.
Panaskan mentega tawar di atas wajan, lalu tumis Bola Daging tadi hingga berubah warna.
3.Tumis bawang bombay hingga tercium bau harum.Masukkan tepung terigu dan aduk-aduk hingga berbutir,Lalu Tuangkan kaldu daging sapi, garam, serta merica bubuk. Aduk lagi hingga mengental. Jangan didiamkan tanpa diaduk, ya.Terakhir, tambahkan cooking cream, lalu aduk hingga membentuk saus yang agak kental. Masaklah hingga matang.
Masukkan bola-bola daging ke dalam saus yang sudah matang, aduk sebentar agar bola daging terbalut saus dengan rata, kemudian angkat.
Sebelum disajikan, taburi dulu dengan parsley.Lalu sajikan.
