Daging sapi masak merah

Bahan-bahan diperlukan I:

500 gram daging
1 inci kulit kayu manis
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 kuntum bunga lawang
3 biji buah pelaga
2 cawan santan pekat
2 sudu makan kerisik
2 keping asam gelugur
2 sudu makan gula merah
2 cawan air
5 sudu makan minyak masak
Garam secukup rasa

Bahan II: (Dikisar)

20 tangkai cili kering
1 sudu makan rempah kari
1 sudu teh jintan manis
1 sudu teh jintan putih
7 biji bawang merah
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia
1 inci lengkuas

Cara menyediakan dan memasak:

Potong daging nipis dan kecil. Basuh kemudian tuskan.
Panaskan minyak kemudian tumiskan kulit kayu manis, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang dan buah pelaga sehingga wangi.
Masukkan bahan B kemudian masakkan sehingga wangi dan pecah minyak.
Masukkan daging dan kacau rata. Masukkan sedikit air dan kacau rata.
Apabila sudah pecah minyak, masukkan santan, kerisik, asam gelugur, garam, dan gula merah.
Masak sehingga mendidih dan pekat. Kacau sekali-sekali.
