Bahan:
350 gram kentang, kukus, haluskan.
1/4 bagian bawang bombay, cincang halus.
4 sdm tepung terigu.
125 ml susu cair.
1 sdt garam.
1/4 sdt merica bubuk.
Isian:
75 gram keju cheddar, potong kotak kecil.
Bahan Pelapis:
2 butir putih telur, kocok lepas.
100 gram tepung panir.
Cara Membuat:
Tumis bawang bombay sampai harum.
Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk hingga menjadi butiran.
Tuangkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit, aduk terus sampai adonan licin dan tidak menggumpal.
Tambahkan kentang, garam dan merica bubuk.
Aduk hingga adonan matang dan tercampur rata.
Angkat, dinginkan sebentar.
Ambil adonan, pipihkan.
Isi dengan potongan keju, lalu tutup adonan dan buat adonan jadi bulat atau lonjong.
Lakukan terus hingga adonan habis.
Celupkan adonan dalam putih telur, lalu gulingkan dalam tepung panir hingga semua bagian tertutup rata.
Goreng kroket dalam minyak panas hingga cokelat keemasan. Angkat, tiriskan.
Sajikan selagi hangat.
