Bahan-bahan:
- 3 ekor ikan asin peda
- 4 ikat daun kemangi (petik daunnya aja)
- 2 buah tomat (yang masih mengkel)
- 10 buah cabe rawit merah
- Daun pisang
Bumbu halus:
- 8 siung bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 4 butir kemiri
- 1 ruas kunyit
- 1/2 ruas jahe
- 2 batang serai
- 6 sdm minyak goreng secukupnya - Garam & gula
Cara Memasak Pepes ikan peda:
Langkah ke-1
Cuci bersih ikan, tdk usah dipotong utuh saja.
Langkah ke-2
Haluskan bumbu td, dan beri minyak lalu masukan daun kemangi, cabe rawit dan potongan tomat aduk rata. jika sudah balur ikan hingga merata. bungkus dgn daun pisang
Langkah ke-3
Panaskan kukusan, lalu kukus kira" 20 menit.
Note: boleh jg stelah dikukus dibakar. supaya air dlm pepesan meresap ke dlm ikan
