Resep bubur sumsum toping sagu

Bahan A

300 ml air bersih
2 helai daun pandan

Bahan B

3 sdm munjung tepung beras
30 ml santan
1/2 sdt garam
Secukupnya air (campur dengan tepung beras, santan dan garam sd 200 ml)

Bahan C

100 gram gula merah
250 ml air
1 helai daun pandan

Bahan D

50 gram sagu mutiara

Cara membuat

  1. Rebus bahan A sampai mendidih
  2. Masukkan bahan B. Aduk-aduk sampai meletup-letup. Angkat. Sajikan.
  3. Rebus bahan C sampai mendidih. Angkat
  4. Rebus bahan D sampai matang. Angkat.
