Bahan:
500 gram udang
4 siung bwng putih
1 buah bwng bombay
1 buah tomat
1 sendok makan saus tiram
Air asam jawa secukupnya
Garam,gula,lada secukupnya
2 sendok makan margarine
Cara:
Cuci bersih udang belah punggungnya..bombay&tomat ptng"..panaskan margarine tumis bwng putih yg sdh dihaluskan lalu masukan kan udang tumis smp berubah wrn lalu masukan air asam jawa,saus tiram,bombay dan tomat..aduk rata..masak +- 10mnt tambahkan gula,garam dan lada..test rasa...angkat siap sajikan.
