Ingredients 1: 2 eggs + salt spices, flavorings and finely chopped onions and celery (according to taste if you like pedes can add slices of chilli).
Beat the egg with a spice and then fry (thin omelet) pieces according to taste.
Dyes: flour + water stir.
Dry ingredients: flour and cornstarch (ratio of 3: 1) to taste add flavoring / salt mix well.
How to make: roll the egg into the dry ingredients and then put it into the dyeing material, do each 3x dry ingredients and 2x the dyes until curly.
Then the fries are hot with medium heat until golden brown.
Lift serve with chili sauce / chili sauce as well as delicious for snacks.
