စိတ္ႏွလံုးထား ႀကီးမားျမင့္ျမတ္ေသာ ပုဂိၢဳလ္​တို႔၏ စိတ္သည္ အစစအရာရာျပည့္စံု၍ ဂုဏ္က်က္သေရတိုးပြားေစကာ ၾကာပန္းကဲ့သို႔ ႏူးညံ့ေပ်ာ့ေပ်ာင္း၏ ။ ပ်က္စီးျခင္းႏွင့္ ၾကံဳေတြ႕လာခဲ့သည္ ႐ွိေသာ္လည္း တုန္လႈပ္ေခ်ာက္ခ်ားျခင္းမ႐ွိေပ။
စိတ္ေစတနာေကာင္းႏွင့္ ျပဳမိေသာ္လည္း တစ္ႀကိမ္တစ္ခါ ဒုကၡေရာက္တက္သည္။
ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႔၏ စိတ္ကို ျမင့္ျမတ္ေသာ အေတြးအေခၚမ်ားျဖင့္ ေမြးျမဴျပဳစုႏိုင္ေအာင္ ႀကိဳးစားပါ။ တစ္ခ်ဳိ့ပုထုဇဥ္​ေတြ မေကာင္းတာ လုပ္တာမ်ား အဆန္းမလုပ္ေနႏွင့္။ အခုလည္း မေကာင္းတာလုပ္ေနသလို ၊ ေနာက္ကလည္း မေကာင္းတာ လုပ္ေနၾကဦးမွာပဲ။ သူတို႔မေကာင္းတာႏွင့္ ကိုယ္ႏွင့္ ဘာမွမသက္ဆိုင္ပါ။ သို႔ေသာ္ မေကာင္းတာသိၿပီး မေကာင္းတဲ့လမ္း မေလ်ွာက္ဖို႔လိုပါသည္။
မေကာင္းေသာကံကို ျပဳသူမွာ ဘယ္ေသာအခါမွ စိတ္ႏွလံုးခ်မ္းေျမ့ႏိုင္မွာ မဟုတ္ပါ။ တစ္စံုတစ္ခုကို စိုးရိမ္ေၾကာက္ရြံ႔ေနရတက္ပါသည္။ စိတ္ခ်မ္းသာမယ့္ အက်ိဳးကိုခံစားလိုလ်ွင္ စိတ္ခ်မ္းသာမယ့္ အေၾကာင္းကို ျပဳရတယ္။ စိတ္ခ်မ္းသာ အက်ိဳးခံစားရမယ့္ အေၾကာင္းကို မျပဳဘဲ အက်ိဳးခံစားရဖို႔ မ႐ွိပါ။
အရာရာတိုင္းအတြက္ စိတ္က ေ႐ွ႕ေဆာင္ဦးစီးပါ။ ျဖဴစင္သန္႔႐ွင္းတဲ့စိတ္ႏွင့္ ၾကံေဆာင္ျပဳအပ္ေသာ အျပဳအမူ မွန္မွသာ ေကာင္းက်ိဳးခ်မ္းသာကို ရ႐ွိႏုိင္မွာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
