I adore honey. As a tea lover, especially green tea it mixes better.
And honey has no expiration date, it's very safe to eat honey even from 2.000 years ago.
In acient egypt they used honey as a burial object and still, it was recovered fresh.
What kinds of honey do you like most @alv?
