ACEH BARAT - Two Daily Freelancers (THL) from Cut Nyak Dhien General Hospital (RSU CND) Meulaboh, reported one of the hospital's environmental staff to the West Aceh Police Force on suspected fraud cases.

They report fraud cases because they have been promised to graduate as non-civil servants by depositing a sum of money to the reporter, but unfortunately after the announcement issued on Monday (23/7), the two reporters did not pass the selection.

West Aceh Police Chief Adj. Superintendent of Reden Police Commissioner Bobby Aria Prakasa through Kaur BIN Criminal Investigation Ops Inspector Two P Panggabean confirmed the existence of the report.

According to a report submitted to the complainant regarding the case of fraud, where the reporter whose name is still kept secret by the police promised graduation tests non civil servants (PNS) against two complainants by asking a sum of money to both reporters. "It is true there are two reporters namely C and E, they reported a suspect in the hospital because it allegedly deceived and promised two THL is graduated as a non-civil servant or contractor because the promise of the reporter handed over money with the value of millions," said the pack Gabe - familiar greeting - P Panggabean told reporters.

According to him, based on the evidence of the deposits submitted, two reporters handed over different amounts of money, of which one handed over Rp4.5 million and one other handed over Rp 7 million, as evidenced by the receipt of a temporary loan statement.

On the report, he said, the police would call the reporter to be examined as a witness, in order to collect some evidence as the interest of the investigation. "We do not release the name of the reporter first, which is clearly one person and the employees in the hospital environment, now we collect some sufficient evidence," he said.

If proven, he said, the suspect will be charged under section 378, the Penal Code of the Penal Code concerns fraud with a sentence of four years in prison.
