"Ba ranub" merupakan salah satu tradisi aceh yang dilaksanakan pada acara tunangan atau perkawinan. Biasanya sirih (ranub) yang dibawa dibuat dengan berbagai bentuk dan model. 
Hampir disemua perkawinan tradisi membawa sirih selalu ada.
