Termites can be a pest and also rats. Here in the Philippines especially in the provinces there are a lot of rats and big ones too. No matter how many you capture or kill there are a lot more.
There is a post in my bedroom that has been deteriorating. I tried to spray and treat with chemicals. Then my dog goes and dig it out.
Since a major repair will be very expensive and delicate the whole thing might come down. Sommy helper decided to repair it by cleaning out the rotted areas place some wood then cement the area. At least it is strong and wont fall.
We did not really make it finished, it can’t be seen anyway,mit is in the corner and covered by my plastic chest of drawers.
Will just wait for the decision of my brothers.
