In deciding a name what is the "feel" you want to convey? How old is your ideal clientele? 30 ish? 50 ish?
Do you want to appear "expensive"? "Affordable?" Down to earth?
Everyone wants to look youthful...so this is not specific enough...
Do you cater to mostly women? What educational level? Are they used to going to Paris...to go shopping? Or maybe you want them to feel that they have gone to Paris when they come into your shop...?
I think these questions will help you narrow down what you want to be known for and hence call your business.
