Cybercriminals once again hit the owners of one of the most popular cryptowallet. Only this week Ethereum has been stolen worth more than $ 47 million.

This week saw two successful attacks against Ethereum, one of the most popular cryptanalysts. The 153,000 Ethereum, worth $ 37 million, was stolen from the Parity Wallet (multi-signature digital wallet) from Tuesday to Thursday. Earlier, as part of the hack into CoinDash, cybercriminals have stolen cryptowals worth over $ 10 million.
The bigger attacks took place in three stages and exploited a vulnerability in the virtual client software of the wallet. Loss of cryptanalyst holders would have been higher if the attack was not detected in time and, using the same sensitivity, $ 75 million (377,000 Ethereum) was not secured. The security was set up by a group of "white hat hackers" (a legitimate hacker helping to detect and secure security vulnerabilities), which in the same way cybercriminals gained funds and pledged to return them.
Gavin Wood, co-founder of Ethereum, appealed to people using this kind of Multisig security portfolio to move their funds to a safe place. They say ordinary wallets are not at risk.
