How to use Ledger Nano S hardware wallet for Ether-1

EDIT:

Right now, it is not recommended to use your Ledger wallet addresses for transmitting Ether-1 (using the web wallet) - pending updates to Ether-1 code and Ethereum app on the ledger device. This will be updated when changes have been addressed.
