Ethearnal, Platform with intelligent contracts based on decentralization (Ico)

About Ethearnal

Ethearnal is an independent peer-to-peer (P2P) programme, bringing together independent employers and workers, concluding intelligent contracts of trust with good reputation and value for money in custody, and taking advantage of a decentralised system of advisers, if necessary. We collaborate with reputation and financial actions in one, symbolizing good reputation and giving it prestige. Therefore, all parties, including the moderators, have strong and aligned initiatives to act frankly, as everyone has something of interest at stake, as well as something to gain if the desired result is achieved.

Global Market Estimate

This search estimates the total size of the independent self-employment and consumer goods industry as over $1.5 trillion, based on the fact that the US and Canada account for more than half of the global distribution of self-employed workers in the US market (50.7%), and the total size of the US market exceeds $715 trillion.

While this figure is surprising, the trend is to go even higher at higher rates. Most independent sites charge 10% to 20%, and up to 30% in very rare cases. Much of this goes to supporting their considerable infrastructure and staff centrally, and much of it is used as a profit in the pockets of a few.

At last we have the means to replace them with technology and recover the meaning of "free" in autonomous. The good thing about technological decentralization is that, once built, it can become self-sufficient and requires no salary or profitability.

Disputes in such matters arise more often than one would expect. Complex or subjective projects, such as designs, are difficult to agree upon.

Centralized sites offer arbitration when there is a dispute, and that is the greatest added value. While centralized conflict resolution is not ideal, and often less than objective, it is what produces more business in general than the lack of any. By providing peace of mind to both parties, it is easier for them to commit.

Earn money as a moderator

You can double your reputation chips each time you make a winning decision. Since each side has the same number of pieces in play and you get the pieces of the defeated side proportionally. If your chips wagered represent 10%, you get them back plus another 10% from the losing side. However, as this is distributed only to the moderators who have voted with the majority, their proportion increases.

ETHEARNAL REPUTATION TOKENS (ERT) CAN BE OBTAINED IN TWO WAYS:

Directly by buying them on the free market. In this way, anyone can start immediately and avoid the chicken and egg problem of newcomers self-employed workers who need reputation to get their contracts, but need contracts to get their reputation.

Assuming jobs on the net and being awarded with reputation cards when completing with good performance

In both of these cases, participants have devoted valuable resources (e.g. time or money) to building that reputation, so it is important to them and therefore they have the initiative to maintain it. Even if they don't know how to appreciate their time, the fame card has economic value in the free market. The author of the advertisement, whether it is an act or a job offer, decides how much reputational responsibility he or she requires to sign a smart contract. Therefore, he has the freedom to decide according to the total value of the contract and his individual risk assessment.

All about the Token

THE PRICE OF 1 ERT IS 0.001 ETH.
That means that one ether gives you 1000 ERT
chips.
$30 MILLION IN ETHER.
It will be fixed in ether using the price at the time
of the deployment of the intelligent ICO 2.0 contract

Only 10% of the funds collected are given to us at the end of the ICO. The other 90% and the founders' files remain locked into the smart contract. We keep the community constantly informed about our progress, when more funds are needed, we start a voting process.
Each chip holder can vote in proportion to their chips by sending a simple operation to the smart contract, if we get another round of funding. If 51% vote no, we get nothing and continue to work until the chip holders are satisfied enough to vote yes the next time we start a voting process. Our smart contracts are public and everyone who has the skills can verify this.

How to own Tokens? We are the first ICO 2.0, alias DAICO!

For the self-employed, the more Ethearnal Reputational Cards they have, the more contracts they have, the more likely they are to land. So, more silver in his pocket. In addition, you need them to be able to conclude good contracts with employers, as you need to bet some of them.

For the employer, he needs them to be able to hire people because he needs to bet the same amount as the self-employed.

For the moderator, you need them to be moderate, since you also bet proportionally. By moderating, you earn more chips, which you can sell if you choose. So I needed them to make money in moderation.

For the card holder, in addition to the expected appreciation due to the few demand vectors that we implement, they effectively give them a share in the revenue of the entire system benefit proportional to their cards. He can also use them to vote on whether we should get more money from the ICO's smart contracts or claim a refund.

We collide reputation and economic initiative in one, symbolizing good reputation and giving it value. Your reputation is worth real money, it can be sold, bought or transferred. You put part of it in by signing an agreement. The more reputation you have, the more visible you will be on the Web and the more you will be able to participate in larger projects. It is up to the bidder to establish how much reputation he wants at stake, but it is to be expected that larger projects will require more reputation. The reputation is called Ethearnal Reputation Token or ERT and is what we are selling at our ICO.
