All value in crypto is based on speculation so far, even bitcoin. It will remain that way until industrial and institutional use of blockchain technology becomes a reality.

      It always make me feel pity about ourselves who lives in Hong Kong when I see comments like this one. I mean when you realize that the property prices now in Hong Kong are at record high but base on nothing physically.
