Ethereum Ultimate - FRAUD?

Anybody know what happened with Ethereum Ultimate… seems they disappeared? … and absconded with our money!

This post is dated, but only from when the ICO was held in Nov-Dec, 2017. So it would be reasonable that they may still be working on their platform before being ready to go, list tokens on exchanges, and finish up any other development issues; even if they are building in stages per a roadmap.

However, I did invest during the ICO… I bought some of their tokens, they weren’t free. Right now they are useless.

Here’s the real skinny as I’ve been searching for some time for any trace of their existence and the website has been taken down as suspended.

Domain and hosting is through GoDaddy.com with a ‘PRIVATE’ name registration, meaning they aren’t listing who registered the site but have also confirmed that they are seeing the same, “Account Suspended” message.

Thus far, they cannot tell me why it was suspended although I explained I am a customer and have purchased from them. If the registration was fraudulent to begin with, meaning they gave false information and/or the intent from the beginning was to conduct this scam, then that is itself in violation of FCC communications. This does not mean if reported to proper authorities that we will get our money back though, it’s probably long been transferred out by anonymous means, withdrawn, and the cyber criminals living in paradise.

Please comment if you come across this, it may not be the best place to post but I’ll try and post in all of the forums/sites that they advertised the ICO sale and product on. I would like to know or hear from others invested and from anyone who knows what happened with this company.
