Ethereum broke past $80 today as part office global currency rise.There is little news regarding why there is a price surge today. One possibility is the ability to use Ethereum On alpha-bay - the eBay off the deep web. Another possibility might be because of the current unstable political environment. Whatever the case Ethereum is now at an all-time high.

      I really wish I had kept mining my ETH, I stopped last year when it became uneconomic (at $12 dammit) :)
