The opportunity seems huge considering the growth of micro transactions in gaming over the past couple of years. However the adoption will be challenge due to the ability to provide a simple and secure wallets with great user interfaces that would create confidence in the process. Also, I think interoperability will be challenging given the ever changing dynamics of the industry.

Hi Michael - is there any reason why this same technology (WAX marketing setup) for trading real goods and services (which can also be seen as non-fungible items) in small local markets like the antiques market you used as background, and the real hand to hand exchange of goods take place in the market place?

How would you transfer the same item through different games? Although it would be interesting, games have different properties and attributes for their items might not coincide.
Would be great to have some sort of standard for the different attributes an item can have, then it would be up to the game developers how to use them within the game.

I think the challenge will be how game developers integrate it into the platform. It needs to be simple and quick. For example, @steemmonsters is built directly on the #STEEM blockchain and uses it for transactions as well. This project may be a great example of how to do it within an existing ecosystem.
