Eth is an actual functional protocol that brings value to the real world.
Tezos is vaporware that somehow got $200mm on a ICO.
Tezos has a good team behind it though so it's possible it might do something great. I think the initial price will go down but in the long run it might be good. We really need another year to see if it's even worth talking about
