Why Will Ethereum Fail?

Ethereum might have problems but I think bitcoin has more problems. This fight between UASF and others is pretty serious. There can be chaos if this is not handled well.

While I believe EOS might be better than it, this Ethereum is currently what we have at hand. Why is it good? Better governance. A little bit of centralization doesn't hurt.

To those DAO haters: I was like you. But I am now embracing it. Because we are all human. And humans err. It is better to focus on how to apologize afterwards. God created humanity to make errors and ask for forgiveness.

Knowing that there is a community to help the victims (in this case the DAO members who were robbed) is better than I think the case where nobody is there for help.

Why EOS might be better: The error handling is built in!

When you look at bitcoin it is actually an old tech now. Still the most tested. Most resilient. Slowest improvements (which can be a good thing actually). There is no 'go ahead and break things' philosophy. But the interested parties are making it harder to govern. I don't expect agreements will be implemented soon.

Ether is probably second most secure network as of now. It has 3 times more full nodes than bitcoin.

In the future I expect most capitalized currencies to be eth, eos, ripple, nem
