Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin spoke at the Ethereum community EthCC conference in Paris on Friday

For Ethereum, the second largest Blockchain in the world, it offered a scaling solution for Plasma, a system of smart contracts to increase computing potential.

The scaling solution created last year by co-creator of Buterin and Bitcoin Lightning Network, Joseph Poon, is one of the many developmental processes aimed at increasing the capacity of the Ethereum, especially by creating a layer of intelligent contracts that can interact with the main Blockchain.

The current prototype requires all users to download and validate each intelligent contract in the Plasma system. Buterin explains: "The main benefit here is that the amount of data that customers have to deal with is very small."

Rather than downgrade the entire Plasma history, users can create plasma money by depositing money into the contract. Therefore, instead of downloading and verifying everything, users will be able to easily track the tokens they create in that system. Buterin continued his words as follows:

Users now only have to verify the availability of the Plasma Chain and the specific indices to which they want to spend, or the specific index of the tokens they have.
