This is mad!! I am now concerned that added to the mainstream hype around Bitcoin and Ethereum. this may be hinting at a market top, just before a crash!! Nothing screams 'over exuberance' and 'bubble' more than people buying something that describes itself as 'do not buy me'!!

Yes, that is true. I guess this UET ICO has been done by some BTC owner. But as this is the first one, you can hope it to get very high until the owner adds some real value behind it.
