MEDIA Protocol is developing an ecosystem where content creators can deliver content directly to content consumers. This removal of centralized platforms, like media networks or tube sites, makes content creation more rewarding for the creators and opens the market for more quantity and higher quality of content, thereby benefiting consumers.
MEDIA Protocol's team will provide the SDKs necessary to streamline the adoption of this ecosystem. Anything with a URL will be able to adopt the protocol.
Read on to learn about this project’s strengths.
MEDIA Protocol SWOT Analysis
MEDIA Protocol SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis sheds light on the potential of a project.
MEDIA Protocol is restructuring the way the content market works. Despite the ambitious nature of the product to disrupt the long-existing domination of content platforms, the product is aligned with something the public is already prepared for.
Over the past few years, content creators and influencers have publicly voiced the great deal of effort they employ in their work. They've explained that they pour their heart and soul into providing their fans with something they can enjoy. As a result, consumers now have a great appreciation for the creators whose content they love. This desire to support their favorite creators is now great enough that people are able to pool tens of thousands for creators on websites like Patreon.
MEDIA Protocol merges with the campaign started by creators and accepted by consumers. As centralized platforms tend to cause the deep cuts in the revenue creators earn, it is understandable that creators will adopt this service and, of course, their fans will follow. It’s a massive strength to be aligned with the present trend widely adopted by your target market.
While the removal of centralized platforms is good in the long run, the sudden shift to the content market into one that functions as a true, open market would be a difficult adoption for some creators.
Many content creators have adjusted to the limitations placed by platforms, and they habitually produce content that aligns with it. As such, not having to move along fences may take some adjustment time.
The goal, though, is to develop long-term value. In time, both creators and consumers will benefit from the removal of stringent constraints.
The content market is already massive and it's still undergoing accelerated growth. An interesting fact: some of the countries that have seen internet and smart phone penetration just recently think that content platforms like Facebook are the internet. This means that the internet is virtually synonymous with the sources that provide content. However, there are too many centralized entities out there so they must equally share the space, often even with regional competitors.
Since MEDIA Protocol is providing a means with which anything with a URL could become an open content market, it would hone the greatest interest from content providers. As people tend to see the source of the largest amounts of content as the internet, and as MEDIA Protocol has the potential to be connected to the largest amount of content possible, it could eventually become synonymous with the internet. This is the dream of many major tech firms but they remain in a stiff competition; MEDIA Protocol will be one of a kind.
A project like MEDIA Protocol offers a lot of value additives to those who adopt it, however, it needs to spread awareness of its existent. Ironically, for the time being it'd have to rely on traditional content platforms to advertise its existence. As MEDIA Protocol intends to wipe the centralized content platforms from existence, it might have a very hard time at getting ad space.
However, the project has already garnered a very large community. With the aid of bounties, airdrops, and referrals, it could penetrate the market with the support of its community.
Wrap-Up: MEDIA Protocol empowers content creators and consumers to be the ones in control of the content market. This value offering aligns with what the market currently desires and that positions MEDIA Protocol, which can easily be integrated with anything that has a URL, to swiftly scale enough to possible become the most widely used internet-related entity out there.

To be honest, I think this sounds just like a marketing void speech. In the end what does the Media Protocol do? yeah yeah, content creation, give the power back to the creators, etc.... but how? I mean, I could copy and paste all what you say and label it as Steemit and still would work. Im not trying to be rude, but I just want to point out that your article does not explain anything and gives such a wide and general pitch thta actually makes it sound kind of fraudulent. Im sorry.
