WARNING, Do Not Use Poloniex to Sell or Trade ANYTHING!!!!

How the hell does it take 24 hours and my ticket is still "Being Processed"?? REALLY?? I work for a software development company and we have an SLA to follow, it should go the same here with Poloniex. Tier 1 issues should not take several days to resolve.
