We all know of ERC20 tokens on Ethereum or NEP5 on NEO. Some of you may also know another standard - ERC-721 but all of those have limitations.
Lately CTO of Enjin Coin invited another standard - ERC-1155.
ERC-1155 brings a new level of efficiency and potential to any application that needs to work with tens, hundreds or thousands of tokens, and removes barriers imposed by existing token designs.
Enjin dev team used it to send 10,000 ENJ, 500 “Gold Coins”, and 100 one-of-a-kind non-fungible tokens, all in one on-chain transaction!
The total gas cost was $2.42 for such huge tx.
This will help multiplayer games and multi atomic swaps with multi transfers.

Did it I read it correctly - 3 types of coin in one transaction. That could solve like a million problems at once for the blockchain!!!

Sending multiple different tokens at the same transactions sounds like a great improvement for dapps such as games, but a $2+ gas fee will surely feel too high for most people who want to play dapp games.

2$+ is too much for 10,000 ENJ, 500 “Gold Coins”, and 100 one-of-a-kind non-fungible tokens?????

I'm not all that familiar with those coins, but I'm concern about having $2+ gas fees for transfers for dapp games. I'm really not liking it when transaction fees are this high, no matter how much stuff you send, especially if it's for a game or fun, and not a pure financial transaction.

its not 2$ for single people. This are transactions bundled togehter to 1 transaction. Like 100 of your customers are sending stuff and you are bundling them together to one and safe alot costs for them all. All 100 people are paying the 2$

Oh, I have misunderstood then. Thanks for clarifying this for me, @dowha! It is indeed a lot better this way. Now I see why everyone are excited ;)

@kingscrown
ERC 1155 can be all-awesome, but do you think there is a system on top of this market that can all be bundled with a system ... because the platform is coming but if one comes over one then the market The time to be set will get nahi.

I never noticed how this was missing until now. Has never really ever thought of this before until now or was it technically hard to realize?
