This is really an amazing concept. This will attract a lot of people towards the ICO, as they are getting it for free at the first place.
Only the drawback I find is the closed system. People can get access to it only through invites.
However this is a strategy to increase the premiumness of the product, just like what OnePlus did for its initial smartphones. :D

I have been missing some service which provides social bookmarking. I used StumbleUpon from time to time, but although it is a global company from the origin of their users point of view they are still not showing their interface in other language than English. Ingenious concept; they "buy" the audience and the eyeballs now for the promise of payment in the future. Like IOUs. And to make good on IOU, they would have to monetise the audience, by running ads I guess. Very interesting& thank you for bringing it up!
