Why do I think Ethereum (the hard fork) is a failure?

There are many reasons that I do not understand why people claim Ethereum (hard fork) is better than Ethereum Classic.

When people say the Ethereum Foundation developers are supporting only Ethereum (not Classic), I always think who would care about this. The lead developers have let this hack happen not to mention they may be the ones who stole the coins. While most people say that they failed to protect the DAO fund, I think they also fail to protect Ethereum because the original chain (i.e. the Classic) survives. The survival of the original Ethereum chain as Classic means Ethereum is not a unique product anymore and the hard fork is a failure.

Why should I invest in Ethereum which is governed by some developers instead of the Smart Contract? Isn't the whole point of the original Ethereum about immutable Smart Contracts? It is obviously the Ethereum Foundation members do not believe in Smart Contracts. I did not believe in Smart Contracts too because I did not think we could trust those Ethereum Foundation members. I believed something like the DAO hack would happen and I was right.

Why would anyone want to do anything with a Smart Contract from the Ethereum chain anymore? By looking at the history of the DAO hack events, they knew there were security issues. I also wonder if we should really call this stealing or a hack. It is perfectly legal in the code. If two parties are doing some business with Smart Contract, one party finds a loophole in the code to gain any kind of advantages. If the other party is a friend of the Ethereum Foundation, Ethereum Foundation can hard fork it again to make them happy. Why do we need such a "stupid" (not deserved to be called smart) contract? I consider Ethereum (the hard fork one) is a real scam. People are basically making the Ethereum Foundation the judge and jury. Whether a stupid contract is honored or not depends on whether these Ethereum Foundation scammers work for you or not.

We do not need the so-called Robin Hood or White Hat. What they did is exactly the same as the "relatively" smart guy who drained the fund out of DAO. They are only "relatively" smart because people who trusted Ethereum Foundation and its Smart Contracts are stupid!

P.S. I am not a good writer. I have been reading the Ethereum story and want to express my views on Ethereum (hard fork). This is also my first post on steemit. Please comment and let me what you think and keep this post civil. I have been exploring the new altcoins that I should invest. I invested in DASH before the hike and it was a good investment. I have spent quite a bit of time following the DAO hack and comes to a conclusion that ETC is way better investment than ETH but the cheap ETC promised by Ethereum Foundation scammers never comes. So, I am upset and want to let my anger out. So, if you Ethereum Foundation scammers are not going to dump your ETC, I want to expose your ETH scam here on steemit.

To me, the developers doing a hard fork to reverse major 'hacks' whether you want to call it a hack or not gives more security to the overall coin. I also think any coin still needs active developers to stay prominent. And the developers don't have complete authority to change whatever they want willy nilly, because anything they hardfork over in the future will again cause a division of people who don't agree with the fork to stick to the prefork chain like what happened with ETC.
