Nice project. From their Road map, testnet is supposed to be running by now.. What seems to be the problem?

                You know I actually never considered that metric. Thanks for opening my eye to that! Community size and strength should be different factors.

                Size: Sheer member count.
                Strength: Ratio of messages to size.
