Anyone else have this issue and anyone figure it out? One has the correct amount of ethereum but 0 dash, the other has the last deposit missing from ethereum but has the single dash deposit. Help is appreciated. Its been a few weeks and they still don't have it right.

aparently it was hacked. i dont have a jaxx wallet myself. looking for some secure ones seems like there all getting hacked lately.
