The Ethereum Crash that never happened

There's a lot of buzzwords out there with the declining prices of cryptocoins:

1. Bubble
2. Crash
3. Correction

The first thing that comes to my mind is, "Buying Opportunity."

Most speculators have been entranced by the possible quick rich scheme of speculating on cryptocoins, buying low and selling high.  For these people, it becomes a game on who gets stuck buying high and selling low.  When the market's a bull, everyone thinks they got the game figured out and they get more aggressive pushing prices higher until prices "correct" and everyone is a loser except for investors.

Investors get into the game because they believe in the business, management, and industry.  They will invest for the long run and give these businesses a chance to show their owners what they can do.

Here are 3 things to understand:

  1. In the past 7 days Ethereum has dropped 32% while the platform has gotten more popular, more developers have joined, the industry is getting stronger and nothing has changed in business fundamentals. How much can a business change in 7 days?
  2. In the past 2 months Ethereum has increased from $90 to $165. It really depends where you are on the curve.
  3. Less than 7 months ago, Ethereum was priced around $9.

If anyone bought Ethereum between May 26th until today, you may have lost money within those 52 days.  If you have bought Ethereum anytime before that, you are in the green.

What to do now?

I'm a believer in Ethereum.  I haven't sold a single coin since I was part of the genesis block.  I have purchased more coins as low as $225USD and high as $350USD so I can invest in ICOs.  We'll talk again soon.

Thanks to the flash crash, these investors got to buy it below the ICO price 3 years ago. I can't brag anymore that I was part of the genesis block.

Maybe your Spanish brother Luis Cuende will make a great story for the rise of Aragon.
