Well, it appears to me that, in order for ETH and other major electronic currencies to be taken more seriously, and hopefully be fully welcomed by the public and less knowledgeable citizens like myself, the currency has to be backed up by the same elite such as the Morgan Family, who was partially responsible for centralising the financial system originally.
Therefore, killing the original and utopic idea of creating a decentralising currency/blockchain in the first place. It seems to me that no matter how well digital currencies do in the future, it's just matter of time until the very same fat cats run the system again!
But, without the support from those fat cats, we will never fully trust those currencies. Moreover, we will never be able to take such risk or even understand how such digital world really works. A dilemma of our lifetime! I do invest in ETH, but just as much as I allow myself to accept a loss without causing a heart attack.
I think Ethereum is just too good of a blockchain, it's being compared to the idea of The Internet of Things. So good that the Big cats like JP Morgan, Microsoft, and Banco Santander know this and decided to be the first to jump on the Ethereum wagon to use the blockchain. That's what I got from listening to the Crypto-Smart you Tubers and reading daily reports. I can be wrong tho
