So everytime when you see new ICO project you must make an investment decision. Before each investment, you SHOULD evaluate the project yourself. The question is how to do it?
It turns out that the answer is simple and is in the picture above. To take full advantage of the potential of blockchain technology, the project must respond positively to the questions in the drawing. If at least one of the answers is negative, reduce the amount invested or do not invest at all
