Etherium: ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER DELAY

Another day, another delay.
The Etherium community has made a solid call to push Constantinople back to Feb 2019.
With unity amongst the community probably being THE biggest strength for Etherium at the moment, this call is welcomed.
