At the WeAreDevelopers technology conference in Vienna, Steve Wozniak compared the Ethereum platform with Apple and said that over time it could become as powerful.
Speaking at the conference, Wozniak enthusiastically responded to Ethereum (ETH) and even compared it to Apple. He said that in the long term Ethereum could become as influential as Apple.
Ethereum interests me, because it can do something real and because it is a platform.
According to Forbes, Wozniak became interested in Bitcoin and Ethereum shortly after their appearance, although he completely abandoned all assets in the crypto currency in early 2018 to "sleep peacefully." Nevertheless, Wozniak left himself one bitcoin (BTC) and two Ethereum (ETH) to "experiment with paying for different things"
On Thursday, in his opening remarks at the conference, Wozniak called the blockade "the next big revolution in the IT field, which is about to happen." He said that both the block system and the crypto-currencies fully realize their potential in a decade.
