I got the best Hash/Consumption rate with the RX470 8GB.
Getting about 25MH/S @ 60W
I also got 4GBs and Rx480... on dual mining (SiaCoin with nanopool) -> they suck at solo mining....
Maybe this helps you a bit... I am not so much into hardcore overclocking... Germany has high electricity costs (0.30$)
