At the Heart of the Ethics

According to Johann Berlin in “At the Heart of Ethics”. The Ethics must emerge from a sense of humanity, so acting ethically will become effortless. According to technology executives, acting with ethics should be a choice, because it is not a skill or a personality trait. However, many leaders choose to act in an unethical way, and although, in some cases, leaders must leave their hearts and emotions aside, they must always act ethically when they are carrying out activities, making decisions and/or resolving conflicts. When ethics came to life, Johann Berlin felt committed to the issue, where he asked himself: how can a prosperous and vibrant community be? For this, we must all work together, connecting with values and purposes.
