Richard is the Managing Partners of Innovate Partners, an early stage private equity firm focusing on disruptive technology with offices in California and NY. Richard is also the Managing Partner of Eurasia Advisors, a leader in in trouble shooting and deal making within the CIS with particular expertise in Russia and Ukraine. He headed the Moscow foreign bar association and represents major US and CIS companies on legal/business matters and complex dispute resolution. He lectures on Russian matters at the Harriman Institute at Columbia University and on Sovereign Debt Restructuring Frameworks at SIPA, INET and most recently as the keynote speaker before the United Nations General Assembly
