Importanted news or no problem for Europes Bitcoin community?

I found this article and perhaps it will be a problem for owner of digital currencys in Europe? I dont really know but one thing is for sure. If they can't tax you they will find other ways to stop you. Or is it just to late and the digital world will continue without any problems? Thanks for your comments.
